We do not have an actual 'price list' because everything we build is unique... customized  to YOUR exact needs and specifications!  In general, prices vary from CDN $35-$40 per square foot of log wall (depending on plan complexity). Despite our commitment to quality, our prices remain very competitive due to a limited number of employees and low overhead costs.

Our quotes DO include:

  • complete pre-building and transporting of your log shell;

  • re-assembly on your property;

  • drilling for electricity;

  • all window and door openings cut to size, keywayed and sanded;

  • a crew of qualified builders - including owner James Flynn - working and supervising every step of your project.

Our quotes DO NOT include:

  • crane rental for a couple of days (depending on the model);

  • foundation or sub floor;

  • windows and doors;

  • roof materials and covering;

  • plumbing, heating and electrical;

  • all exterior and interior finishing (cabinets, flooring etc).
